1. Shipping Destinations & Rate Structures

We ship to all physical addresses, residential locations, and commercial destinations within the United States. Our shipping tiers are calculated transparently at checkout based on your total order value and package weight:

  • FREE Economy Shipping: Automatically applied to all domestic orders of $20.00 USD or more.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.95 USD for orders under $20.00.
  • Express Courier Shipping: An expedited fast-track service available for $9.95 USD. 

2. Clear Handling & Transit Timelines

To accurately estimate when your puzzle books will arrive, please note our operating windows:

  • Daily Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time / Chicago), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day. 
  • Handling Time (Processing): 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). All items are dispatched through our secure fulfillment system.
  • Transit Time (Delivery): 3–5 business days (Monday–friday) using trusted domestic carriers like USPS and UPS.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 4–7 business days from the date of your purchase.  

3. Instant Digital Product Delivery

For our specialized digital formats (such as Kindle Scribe word search books and downloadable printables), no physical shipment will be dispatched. There are no delivery charges ($0.00) for digital products. A secure download access link is generated and sent to your email address immediately following payment confirmation.

4. Package Tracking

Once your physical order leaves our fulfillment center, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your trackable courier information will be sent out. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our integrated order tracking page.

5. Sales Taxes

All item prices displayed on our product pages are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax will be clearly calculated and detailed at checkout prior to final payment authorization, based strictly on your local state shipping destination as required by law. No hidden fees or unexpected surcharges are added post-purchase.

6. Address Accuracy & Missing Packages

Please double-check your delivery details before finalizing your purchase. Puzzle Books Co is not responsible for shipment failures or mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you catch an address error, please contact us immediately at info@puzzlebooks.co so we can manually adjust the label before dispatch.
