Where do you ship?

We currently ship our physical paperback and hardcover puzzle books to all physical addresses, residential locations, and commercial destinations within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

  • Order Handling/Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM CST begin processing the same business day.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday) via trusted domestic carriers like USPS and UPS.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We automatically offer FREE Economy Shipping on all qualifying physical U.S. orders totaling $20.00 USD or more. For orders under $20.00, standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $5.95, and expedited fast-track express shipping is available for $9.95. Digital products do not incur any shipping charges ($0.00).

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your physical package is packed and leaves our distribution facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your trackable courier information. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our integrated order tracking page.

To be eligible, items must be returned to our warehouse in their original condition: unused, unwritten in, unmarked, and housed within their original packaging wrappers. Do you offer refunds?

  • Physical Products: Full refunds or immediate replacements are issued for approved returns, structurally defective items, or items damaged in transit. If your book arrives damaged, please email us with a photo, and we will provide a pre-paid return label at zero cost ($0.00) to you.

  • Digital Products: Because digital assets (such as Kindle Scribe word search books and downloadable printables) are delivered instantly and electronically, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request an order cancellation at any time before the order enters our fulfillment or printing process. Please email us immediately at info@puzzlebooks.co to request a cancellation. Once an item has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a standard return under our Refund Policy after it arrives.
