1. 30-Day Return Window

In accordance with our store settings, you have 30 days from the exact date your physical item was delivered to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be sent back in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwritten in, unmarked, and housed within its original packaging wrappers.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your book arrives structurally damaged from transit or you receive the wrong item entirely, please include a clear photo of the issue in your email. Upon verification, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email at no cost ($0.00) to you, and we will immediately arrange a replacement shipment or process a full refund.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns where the item is not defective (such as buyer's remorse, gifting changes, or selecting an incorrect title by mistake), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and must provide their own trackable shipping label.

3. Digital Product Return Exclusions

Please note that due to the immediate electronic delivery nature of digital files, all sales of digital products (including Kindle Scribe format word search books and downloadable printables) are final and non-refundable once access links have been generated. If you encounter any technical formatting errors with a digital purchase, please email our support team for a manual file replacement or correction.
